Item 8.01.    Other Events

On May 11, 2023, Peloton Interactive, Inc. (the “Company”) announced a voluntary recall of original Peloton model Bikes (not Bike+) sold from January 2018 to May 2023 in the U.S. The Company is offering a free replacement seat post to Members that can be installed at home without the need for a service call. The voluntary recall is being conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (the “CPSC”), whose announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
